Opinixon Terms and Conditions

The Agreement below is effective for all Users

1. Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.opinixon.com website or any individual service provided by Opinixon (collectively referred to as the "Service").

The Service is operated by Verida Data & Insights Inc, a corporation organized under the laws of Singapore, doing business as Opinixon ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access the Service.

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Failure to Follow Terms and Conditions

If we determine that you have breached these Terms, we reserve the right to take the following actions without notice:

  • Suspend or terminate your right to earn Points
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Void and forfeit any Points
  • Cancel Rewards already issued
  • Take any other action necessary to protect the Service

3. Accounts

A. Account Creation

To create an account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or
  • Be 16 years old with parental or guardian permission

You may not use:

  • Another person's name
  • Protected trademarks
  • Offensive or vulgar usernames
  • Temporary or disposable email services

Only one account per person or household is allowed.

We may request identity verification documents such as:

  • Passport
  • Driver's license

B. Ongoing Account Requirements

Your account information must remain accurate and updated.

You may not:

  • Use proxy servers to hide your location
  • Provide false survey answers
  • Share your account with others

Accounts inactive for 180 days will have all Points forfeited.

C. No Transfer

Accounts may not be transferred or sold without written permission.

4. Points

A. Earning Points

Users can earn Points by participating in activities including:

  • Completing surveys
  • Watching video advertisements
  • Downloading mobile apps
  • Signing up for partner offers

The number of Points awarded is determined solely by Opinixon.

In some cases, Points may not be awarded even if an activity was completed.

B. Points Policy

Points:

  • Are not currency
  • Have no monetary value
  • Cannot be sold or transferred

C. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for Rewards available on the platform.

Opinixon determines:

  • Minimum redemption requirements
  • Points required for rewards
  • Daily redemption limits
  • Reward availability

D. Delivery of Rewards

Rewards are delivered according to availability.

  • Electronic rewards are sent via email
  • Physical rewards are shipped to the registered address

We aim to deliver rewards within 31 days.

Lost, stolen, or damaged rewards will not be replaced.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Service ends immediately
  • All Points are forfeited

6. Content

Users may not upload or transmit content that:

  • Promotes hate or discrimination
  • Contains pornography or explicit content
  • Harasses individuals
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Promotes illegal activity
  • Contains viruses or malware

Automated systems such as bots or scraping tools are strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the exclusive property of Opinixon and its licensors.

Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Sites

Opinixon may link to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for their:

  • Content
  • Privacy policies
  • Services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opinixon and its employees from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

Opinixon will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Indirect or consequential damages

11. Disclaimer

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Virus-free systems

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

Users are responsible for any taxes related to rewards, prizes, or credits earned through Opinixon.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Opinixon.
